I also experiment with different diets and workout routines. I just switched back from an organic diet to a mostly organic keto diet and feel great. I highly recommend you look into “clean keto” and give it a shot to see for yourself how good you feel two weeks in.
One of the benefits of a keto diet is that you don’t really ever feel hungry, bc your body will eat its own fat stores in between meals. And it is “protein sparing” meaning that your body will preserve its muscle that you worked hard for at the gym, unlike diets that include carbs where your body would break down muscle in between meals and turn that into glycogen.

Much less time reading about ego battles on Twitter . What keeps me going is that every now and then there's a nugget in the middle of this coal...
But on the other hand, more sport, more time with those I love and time to finally devote myself to machine learning. These are the resolutions for 2024 that I didn't make, but that come by themselves!
